While much of any law student's time is (and should be) occupied by attending classes and studying, Tulane law students quickly realize that the Law School is a place where things are always happening, both inside and outside the classroom.  The organizations listed below were started and are maintained by students, under the auspices of the Student Bar Association, our student body government.

Real Estate Law Society

The Tulane Real Estate Law Society (TRELS) was founded in 2004 to promote understanding of the real estate industry and the laws surrounding it. The Society provides information and support to future real estate lawyers, commercial property owners, and personal homeowners. The organization encourages the participation of local individuals involved in the real estate industry, in order to provide its members with a closer tie to the field, and a network in which to meet the local professionals. TRELS also engages in projects which allow its members the opportunity to give back to the local community.
