The Tulane Maritime Law Journal is published semiannually by the students of Tulane University School of Law. Each Volume consists of a winter and a summer issue. The Journal has a wide and diverse circulation, with subscribers in all fifty U.S. States and approximately fifty foreign countries, comprised of private admiralty law firms, marine insurance companies, shipping lines, federal agencies, law school libraries, federal judges, and the United States Supreme Court.

The applicable annual subscription rate covers both issues of the annual volume. For example, new subscriptions effected before publication of the first issue of a given volume will receive both issues in that volume. New subscriptions effected after publication of Issue 1, but before Issue 2, will be immediately mailed the first issue and receive the second issue when it is published. New subscriptions effected after publication of a given Issue 2 will receive the two issues of the next volume.
As with most student-edited legal journals, all subscriptions are considered standing orders unless otherwise indicated. Payment for additional volumes will be invoiced by postal mail.
