A fully student-run and student-edited journal, JTIP acts as a forum for members to develop their writing and research skills, an avenue to publish their own material and also as a platform for academics and practitioners to advance their work.
Tulane students who have demonstrated an excellence in legal writing and have an interest in technology and intellectual property are encouraged to submit case notes during the summer and fall write-on competitions.
JTIP publishes in print annually every fall and has recently started to offer online student-written pieces, which provide practical, informative, and detailed examinations of a particular legal topic, recent court decision, or legislative enactment.
Please contact us concerning the submission of articles, essays, comments, and book reviews regarding the legal and legislative aspects of technology and intellectual property. Also contact us if you would like to subscribe to JTIP.
