Published annually, the Tulane European & Civil Law Forum is dedicated to offering scholarly and timely articles, comments, case notes, and book reviews that preserve and advance the civilian tradition and strengthen Louisiana's links with Europe. Its Board of Contributing Editors is made up of 51 scholars from ten European countries and the United States. The Forum is edited by the faculty. The Editor-in-Chief  is Professor Vernon Palmer.
