Biography:

Professor Duggan joined the Tulane Law Faculty as Director of the Law Library in 2008. He previously held a number of positions at the School of Law Library at Southern Illinois University from 1988-2008, where he also taught Advanced Electronic Legal Research, Computers and the Law, Legal Research, and Lawyering Skills. He has been very active in the American Association of Law Libraries, and served as its President in 2008-2009. He is currently chair of the Association of American Law Schools’ Section on Law Libraries and Legal Information, and is Editor-in-Chief of Law Library Journal. He has had articles published on topics including legal research, legal issues related to computers, the internet, and technology.
