Biography:
Professor Duggan came to Tulane as Director of the Law Library in 2008. Previously, he held a number of position at the School of Law Library at Southern Illinois University, where he also taught Advanced Electronic Legal Research, Computers and the Law, Legal Research, and Lawyering Skills. He has been very active in the American Association of Law Libraries, and is currently President of that organization. He has had articles published on topics ranging including legal research, legal issues related to computers, the internet, and technology.
