Biography:

Professor Eason joined the Tulane faculty in 2000. After graduating from Duke Law School, he engaged in the private practice of law for six years at a firm in Greensboro, North Carolina. He graduated first in his LLM in Taxation program and subsequently taught at the University of Florida College of Law. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of federal taxation, trusts and estates, nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, asset protection, elder law, and property.
