Biography:
 
Professor Hardee’s primary teaching and research interests are in the fields of constitutional law and business associations.

Professor Hardee received her JD from New York University School of Law in 2004 where she served as an Articles Editor for the NYU Law Review, was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and was named a Pomeroy Scholar and a Florence Allen Scholar. After graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and then worked as a litigation associate in New York City, with a focus on securities litigation and mergers and acquisition litigation. Prior to NYU, Professor Hardee served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Armenia and received her BA in the Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington.
