Biography:

Jim Tran is the principal member of J.T. Tran, LLC. He divides his practice between law and neurosurgery. His law practice consists of personal injury and contracts law. Mr. Tran's practice extends to medical staff litigation, medical malpractice, and securities arbitration. His practice includes appeals to Medicaid entities and Medicare in regard to claims and electronic health records reimbursement.

Mr. Tran has received mediation training from Brigham Young University in 2008. He served as a volunteer pro bono attorney for Southeast Louisiana Legal Services from 2009 to 2013, and the Arts Council of New Orleans from 2012 to 2013. He also served as a conflict-panel attorney for the Public Defender Office in Covington, Louisiana from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Tran is a Notary Public, State of Louisiana, St. Tammany Parish, where he practices law.
