Biography:

Roberto Facundus is the Global Compliance Attorney at salesforce.com, inc., the enterprise cloud computing company, trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol: CRM.  He handles international compliance and regulatory issues as they relate to salesforce.com, its customers, and business partners.  He is responsible for legal areas such as: anti-corruption, export controls, anti-trust, marketing, social media, lobbying/political law, third party due diligence, internal investigations, and the code of conduct. 

Prior to this role, he was an international trade and litigation attorney in the Washington, DC office of an international law firm and an international trade analyst at the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration. 

He received his BS from Boston College and a JD and MBA from Tulane University.  Mr. Facundus is licensed to practice in the state of New York and in the District of Columbia.  Mr. Facundus currently lives with his wife and dog in Washington, D.C.
