Biography:
Thomas Usdin is an attorney-mediator who has handled over 1800 mediations. His areas of mediation experience include: Admiralty Matters, Insurance Coverage Issues, Securities Litigation, General Personal Injury Medical Malpractice, Business Disputes, Family Business Disputes, Toxic Tort Cases, Employment Discrimination Disputes, Property Disputes, Contract Disputes, Construction Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Legal Malpractice, Sexual Abuse, and Health Care Disputes.
