Biography:
Mr. Pitts is Co-Director of the Berlin program. He has been a trial lawyer in New Orleans since 1969. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has been an adjunct and visiting professor of law at Tulane Law and Ohio State University College of Law and hsa taught negotiation, mediation and ADR system design since 1983. Mr. Pitts has been engaged in a private dispute resolution practice for the past 17 years and has mediated and arbitrated more than 2,100 cases. He has taught intercultural negotiation and mediation at this program for the past nine years.
