Biography:
Mr. Klein is a member of Sher, Garner, Cahill, Richter, Klein & Hilbert, LLC, specializing in taxation. He received his BS (1972) and JD (1975) from the University of Maryland and his LLM in Taxation from NYU in 1980. Prior to his work at Sher Garner, he served as District Counsel for the IRS and was a member of McGlinchey Stafford in New Orleans. He has served on the adjunct faculty at Tulane University Law School since 1989 and teaches a class in Natural Resources Taxation. He is a member of the American and Louisiana Bar Associations.
