Biography:
Ms. Chester is Counsel at People for the Ethical Treatment of Anirmals (PETA), focusing on Captive Animal Law Enforcement. She previously worked at Tulane University Law School as a career counselor in the Career Development Office, specializing in public interest, government, and sports law career opportunities.  Prior to that, she practiced law in Dallas, Texas.  She received her law degree from Tulane in 2003.
