Professor Fedtke’s main interests are public law (in particular human rights protection, federalism, judicial review, and election systems), European Union law, tort law, and comparative methodology. Current research projects include the use of comparative methodology in international commercial practice; constitutionalism in post-conflict societies; data protection and access to information; and questions of law reform. Professor Fedtke is a Faculty Advisor for the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law. -
