This scholarship fund was established in 1999 by George C. Winn, a 1954 graduate of Tulane Law School and founder of the Florida law firm of Winn & Jorgensen. The scholarship is to be used for support of a deserving student from Florida who has demonstrated academic excellence. Scholarship award criteria include financial need and academic promise.
