This fund was established by a bequest from M. Truman Woodward, Jr., a 1927 graduate of Tulane Law School and partner in the New Orleans law firm of Milling, Benson. The income from this endowed fund is to be used for a scholarship for a Tulane law student who has demonstrated financial need and has maintained a strong academic performance. Preference is given to students committed to pursuing studies in the civil law.
