This endowed scholarship was established by members of the Voelker family in honor of Frank Voelker, Jr., a 1943 graduate of Tulane Law School. In addition to his distinguished career in law, Mr. Voelker has been a long-time friend and dedicated supporter of Tulane Law School. The scholarship is to be awarded to a student from northern Louisiana who has demonstrated academic excellence, a commitment to the civil law, and promise in his or her field of endeavor.
