The McGlinchey Stafford Diversity Fellowship Program represents the firm’s commitment to a diverse workplace and to inclusion and retention of talented professionals. The program is a comprehensive scholarship and employment initiative, offered in the firm’s Baton Rouge office. - A Summer Associate position in the firm’s New Orleans office during the summer between the first and second year of law school. Award recipients will also be considered for a position in the summer following the second year of law school.
- Formal and informal mentoring by McGlinchey attorneys, during and after our Summer Associate Program, as an ongoing career development component of the award.
