Ask the Summer Abroad Team a Question!

Dear Students,
For those of you who may be thinking at this moment about a good summer program abroad you might like to attend, I would like to draw your attention to three things about the Paris program which make it unique and especially inviting:
First, we will have with us on the faculty Justice Ruther Bader Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court. She will give three special lectures to our students and there will be a reception to meet her. Her presence, however, takes nothing away from the rest of the Paris teaching faculty, which is second to none, and the superb lineup of offerings on French and European Legal Studies.
Second, as an exclusive feature of the program, we have secured legal internships for our students (a limited number of them, but it is growing) at some of the most prestigious Paris firms. These positions will be awarded to students who speak functional or fluent French and desire to learn what it’s like to practice abroad. The internships may even begin before the program starts or run concurrently during the program session (June 24-July 13). The selections will be made on a competitive basis in April from among the students registered in the program.
Third, we have Paris itself…an experience unto itself that you will always remember.
So I hope you will consider joining us. If you want to apply or learn more, please go straight to the school’s website or contact me or Chana Lewis.
Best wishes,
Vernon Palmer
