The Tulane Sports Law Society sponsors speakers and career workshops for law students interested in sports law. Speakers have included NFL players, player agents, sports broadcasters, league representatives, and a representative of law firms representing NFL players. In addition to sponsoring speakers, every year the Sports Law Society hosts the National Baseball Arbitration Competition in the Spring. October 2, 2009: Presentation by Ari Nissim, third-year director of football administration for the New York Jets and Tulane Law alum. This is an amazing opportunity to hear from a Tulane Law graduate about how he broke into the sports industry.
