The 21st Annual
TULANE MARDI GRAS SPORTS LAW INVITATIONAL
Each spring, the Tulane Moot Court Board, in conjunction with the Tulane Sports Lawyers' Journal, hosts the Mardi Gras Sports Law Invitational, an appellate competition focused on sports-law related topics. The initial rounds of the competition are held at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the semi-finals and final rounds are held at the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. The competition draws the best law schools and moot court programs in the country and takes place during one of the most exciting times in New Orleans, MARDI GRAS!
