Second-year Tulane Law School Student, Gregory Scott Binnings of Roanoke, is being honored by the Roanoke Bar Association Foundation with one of five James N. Kincanon Scholarships.
The scholarship, established in honor of Kincanon’s 50 years of service to the Roanoke Bar Association, is awarded annually to students who demonstrate diligence in and commitment to their studies, academic excellence and an interest in the pursuit of law.
The Roanoke Bar Association will present the awards at its annual Law Day celebration and gala on April 28, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at the Hotel Roanoke.
