Amy Gajda’s privacy work and the Prism controversy

June 19, 2013

Tulane law professor Amy Gajda’s research on 19th-century Boston lawyer Samuel Warren gets a mention in the June 24 New Yorker in writer Jill Lepore’s historical look at government spying and notions about privacy. Warren partnered with Louis Brandeis on the groundbreaking Harvard Law Review article “The Right to Privacy” that argued for a right to be let alone.
