Professor Vernon Palmer, editor-in-chief of The Tulane European and Civil Law Forum, has announced the publication of Volume 27 (2012) of the journal, which is published by Tulane Law School. The Forum is currently ranked the #1 "most cited" journal on European law in the United States. In worldwide rankings, it is the #3 "most-cited" journal on European law. This places it ahead of a long list of prestigious European journals. As a peer-reviewed journal, The Forum has achieved this distinction by attracting manuscripts of the highest quality (e.g., the article by Hein Kötz in the present volume). The Forum publishes these articles each year in a single issue in the spring, while many competitor journals publish multiple issues per year, yet attract fewer citations than The Forum.
