Tulane University Law Professor Daniel Posin commented in  the Wall Street Journal on Qwest Communications' offer to acquire MCI. According to Professor Posin,  MCI, Inc. "better have a fancy piece of reasoning to justify taking the lower offer....There will be a milestone case if they don't take the best number out there."
