The Right Honourable Sir Nicholas Lyell, QC will present a speech entitled “Security, Justice and Liberty in a Free Society" on Thursday, April 14, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. in Room 110 of Tulane Law School.
Sir Nicholas served as the Attorney General and Solicitor General of England and Wales for 10 years. He was the longest continuously serving law officer in England and Wales having served over 20 years as a member of Parliament.
