A new community service program at Tulane Law School provides free legal advice to low to moderate income artists. Volunteer student attorneys from Tulane offer advice to clients by appointment only. The project was recently described in the May 2nd, 2004 issue of New Orleans CityBusiness.
Tulane Law Students offer legal advice to the artists, who make appointments in advance through the New Orleans Arts Alliance and the New Orleans Music Coop. The clinic is open every Friday afternoon during the school year, by appointment only. To make an appointment, call the New Orleans Arts Council's Art Incubator, 523-1465.
