Constitution Day Program Presented Friday, Sept. 17th

September 15, 2010

ConstitutionIn honor of Constitution Day on Friday, September 17th, Professors Catherine Hancock, Keith Werhan, and Robert Westley will present a program addressing some of the most urgent constitutional issues of our time.  Entitled "The Evolving Constitution: Proposition 8 and 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' on the Road to the Supreme Court," these two constitutional scholars will discuss the history and likely progression of these topics as they work their way through the judicial system.  The program will take place on Friday the 17th at 11 am in Room 357, Weinmann Hall.
