A recent episode of the PBS program "NOW" featured the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic in a segment entitled, "Formula For Disaster." The program focused on how an oil refinery in Chalmette, Louisiana could endanger over one million people and explored what steps should be taken to make the facility and similar plants safer.
