Dean David Meyer, the Franklin Marshall Professor of Law, presented a paper, “Constitutional Change in the American Experience,” to an international conference on constitutional revision in Seoul, South Korea, on July 16. The conference, broadcast on live television throughout Korea, was sponsored by the Korean National Assembly to commemorate the 62nd anniversary of the Korean Constitution. Meyer was one of three foreign scholars, along with counterparts from China and Germany, invited to offer comparative perspectives on approaches to constitutional revision.
