A three-judge panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit will be hearing oral arguments at Tulane Law School on March 1, 2004. Five pending cases from the Fifth Circuit's docket will be heard, giving students an unusual firsthand opportunity to see the real-life practice of law through the lens of an appellate court case. The proceedings are open to the public. Arguments will be heard in Room 110 of John Giffen Weinmann Hall and will begin at 9:00 a.m. The following cases will be heard:
