About 35-percent of Tulane's first year law students attended one of the school's eight summer abroad programs in 2004. Over the past quarter century, students from more than 140 law schools have participated in Tulane's international summer programs, which have earned a reputation as among the finest in the country.
The Tulane Institute of Comparative Law hosted a new program at the University of Toronto which offered seven one-credit courses on comparative law subjects related to constitutional and civil rights during two sessions in June.
In addition to the Toronto program, summer schools are offered in Greece, Cambridge, Siena, Amsterdam, Paris, and Berlin. For information on Tulane summer abroad programs, visit web.law.tulane.edu/abroad or call 504-862-8576.
