Tulane Law School's Maritime Law Center is hosting an international colloquium of maritime law experts to honor Professor Robert Force, co-director of the Center. Some of the foremost authorities in maritime law will deliver and discuss draft papers relating to jurisdiction and forum selection in maritime law cases. After revision, the essays will be published in 2005 by Kluwer Law International.
There will be a reception for faculty, adjunct faculty, Maritime Law Center Board members and admiralty students at 6 pm on Friday, October 1st in the Multipurpose Room.
Participants will travel to Tulane from five continents and include:
