Professor Jordan Paust of the University of Houston Law Center will deliver a lecture entitled "The Executive Branch's War Against Terrorism: International Law and the Treatment and Interrogation of Detainees" at Tulane Law School on Monday, October 25 at 5 p.m. in room 157.
Professor Paust will examine recent incidents at the prison in Abu Ghraib, in Afghanistan and in Guatanamo as well as the issue of command responsibility.
