Some of the world’s foremost authorities on wildlife law will gather at Tulane University School of Law on November 19th and 20th for the Eight International Wildlife Law Conference. The Conference is co-hosted by Tulane's Institute for Environmental Law and Policy, the American Society for International Law and the American Bar Association.
The focus of this year’s conference is “International Wildlife Law and the Protection of the Marine Environment.” Over twenty international experts will participate in panel discussions and lectures on topics including:
-Cetaceans - whales, dolphins and porpoises
-Laws governing the environment in international waters
-Ocean noise
-Invasive species
-Frameworks for international species conservation
