A hallmark of Tulane CLE seminars is the outstanding program faculty. Seminar faculty often include experienced local, regional, or national attorneys, federal and state courts judges, and law school professors.
While the programs are designed for attorneys, many programs are of interest and value to other professionals such as CPAs, physicians, and bank officers.
The CLE Department offers annual seminars in admiralty and maritime law, corporate law, estate planning, labor, litigation, sports law, and tax, as well as an end-of-the-year Recent Updates & Developments program. Each year, Tulane CLE offers additional seminars on legal topics of current interest. Past programs have included topics such as: Music Law in the Digital Millennium, Legal Regulation of Medicine, How to Value a Case, Mediation/Arbitration workshops, Trial By Masters, Children & the Law, Hurricane Katrina: Reshaping the Legal Landscape of the Gulf, Judicial Excellence, Toxic Torts, and Domestic Violence.
The Tulane Latin American Law Institute takes place at Tulane every other year, as does the Admiralty Law Institute.
