On-line registration closes at 11:59pm on Tuesday, March 19. Registrations will be accepted at the door, on the day of the conference.
For registration with check payment, please download the registration form in the link above.

COURSE MATERIAL - Conference material will be loaded on a CD or flash drive and distributed at the seminar. Late breaking news and other materials NOT on the CD/flash drive will be available to download beginning 2-3 days before the seminar. The link to download materials will be e-mailed to all registrants 3-4 days before the seminar begins.
