| Course Description | | | This course explores international aspects of the law of intellectual property. Particular emphasis is placed upon questions of territoriality and jurisdiction, upon the emerging "universal" standards of protection, and upon the principal international conventions in this area (the TRIPS Agreement and the Paris and Berne Conventions).
