| Course Description | | | This course examines how the antitrust and labor laws apply to the unique relationships in the sports industry. The course focuses on the ways the antitrust and labor laws have shaped virtually every aspect of professional and amateur sports – ranging from salary caps and age restrictions to television deals and team relocations.
