| Course Description | | | This course will cover issues of substantive and procedural law in their relationship to real estate transactions, and drafting, financing, and other problems encountered in sophisticated transactions. Students should have taken the basic civil law courses. Each student will be required to lead class discussion at least twice. This course is taught by V. M.
