| Course Description | | | This survey course provides a basic introduction to the state and federal protection of human creativity. We will cover each of the major forms of protection, under the laws relating to trademarks, copyrights, and patents. In addition to a survey of the legal rules, we will also examine the economic and moral justifications for these forms of property.
