| Course Description | | | The course will provide a practical application of how to take a lawsuit from the initial client contact through trial and appeal. Students will discuss and prepare pleadings, including Complaints/Petitions, Discovery Requests and Responses, Motions, and Judgments, and will be provided with a practical understanding of what is expected of them by judges and how the rules of civil procedure are applied in the real world.
