Through partnerships with local legal professionals, alumni, employers and law school faculty, Tulane Law works to supplement the classroom experience with programs such as Intersession "Boot Camp", externships, judicial clerkships and pro bono opportunities.

Course Description | | | Designed to give the student in-depth knowledge of the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure, this course covers jurisdiction, venue, parties, pleadings, amendments, pre-trial procedure, trials, depositions and discovery practice, judgments, new trials, and execution of judgments, and the annulment of judgments. (3 credits)
