| Course Description | | | This course is an introduction to the law of contracts, dealing with consideration, offer and acceptance, techniques for policing the bargaining process, and an introduction to remedies. Although the course is essentially an introduction to the common law of contracts, there will be some attention to statutory materials, including the Uniform Commercial Code.
