| Course Description | | |
This course will explore the development of various different aspects of professional sports leagues and focus on how the law helped shape certain rules, regulations, and procedures used by these leagues. The course will also focus on the drafting, negotiation, interpretation, and operation of contracts in the sports industry. We will study contracts used in a variety of contexts, including player contracts, endorsement deals, television and sponsorship contracts, stadium deals, and many others.
